Pipeline Installation
Pipeline installation services are provided for water transmission systems, oil and gas facilities, power plants, and industrial piping projects involving different pipe materials, diameters, and pressure classes.
Installation activities cover GRP/FRP, GRE, GRV, carbon steel, stainless steel, LSAW, HSAW, ductile iron, and HDPE piping systems. Field operations include pipe handling and positioning, alignment and elevation checks, joint preparation, pipe joining, and fittings installation in accordance with project specifications.
Depending on pipe material and design requirements, installation methods include butt welding, flanged connections, mechanical couplings, adhesive bonding, composite lamination, electrofusion, and thermoplastic butt fusion.
Weld and joint inspections, dimensional verification, non-destructive testing (NDT), and hydrostatic pressure testing are performed as applicable, in accordance with relevant standards and approved procedures.
